Angelina Jolie, who is expecting Brad Pitt's baby, reportedly passed out while filming new movie, "The Good Shepherd" in the Dominican Republic.
If it is true that Angelina is having twins, her doctors will be giving her all the standard warnings about high risk pregnancy.
