Britney to do the naked pregnant thing a la Demi?

Pop Star Britney Spears is set to pose naked for Vanity Fair magazine.
According to a source: "The negotiations are in motion. Britney Spears desperately wants to do it and knows she has to stay in good shape."

Vanity Fair hopes to shoot Britney Spears in her seventh month of pregnancy to time its release before she gives birth to her first child some time in autumn.
