Travis Barker And Shanna Moakler Have Christmas Eve Baby Girl

In announcing the pregnancy of his actress-model wife, Shanna Moakler to People last May, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker made an 'eerily prescient' wish.

"Hopefully it will be Christmas Eve," Barker said. "I'm hoping for a girl."

So what's so eery about this wish coming true? There's even odds of having a girl and it's very likely that a model would have a scheduled Caesarian section.

Christmas is about baby Jesus. Christmas is about waiting in long checkout lines. I have a brilliant idea, the tabloids should put baby related stories on their covers.

Here's one with Angeline Jolie and Jennifer Aniston on the cover with pregnancy related stories apparently inside. I couldn't look, I had a 30lb turkey in one hand and three modestly priced bottles of sparkling wine in the other.

Gwen Stefani Wants Her Unborn Child To Hear The Crowd

Gwen Stefani announced that she's pregnant at a concert in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on Wednesday evening, People magazine reported on its Web site.

"I want you to say it loud enough so the baby hears it," the 36-year-old pop star shouted during a sing-along of her song "Crash."

Researchers in Belfast have demonstrated that reactive listening begins at 16 weeks ( source ), so I don't think the baby can hear anything yet.
